Hyderabad, Oct. 17 -- Zen Technologies, India's leading anti-drone technology and defence training solutions provider, on Friday announced it has completed the acquisition of the remaining 24% equity stake in Applied Research International Private Limited (ARIPL), following its earlier purchase of a 76 pere cent stake in February this year.
With this transaction, ARIPL has now become a wholly owned subsidiary of Zen Technologies, the company said in a release here.
This strategic acquisition strengthens Zen Technologies' position as one of India's most diversified simulations and defence technology companies.
