Hyderabad, Sept. 30 -- Zaggle, one of India's leading spend management companies, which announced the acquisition of Greenedge Enterprises Private Limited ("Greenedge") today, plans to invest up to Rs 25 crore in Greenedge.
The company received board approval for the acquisition of 1.30 lakh equity shares representing 100 percent of the issued and paid-up capital of Greenedge, which specializes in loyalty experiences and rewards with a unique focus on golf-based corporate engagement.
The acquisition consideration is up to Rs. 25 crores, subject to the execution of a definitive Share Purchase Agreement, the company said in a release.
