Chandigarh, March 7 -- In a major setback for rapper Badshah, his latest Haryanvi track 'Tatiri' has been removed from YouTube following a series of legal actions and widespread public outrage. Despite crossing the 50 million views milestone shortly after its release on March 1, the song faced intense scrutiny for its provocative lyrics and the controversial portrayal of school-going girls.

The removal comes on the heels of formal FIRs registered at the Cyber Crime Police Station in Panchkula and the Civil Line Police Station in Jind. Authorities took action after social organizations and the Haryana State Commission for Women flagged the song for objectifying women and promoting a regressive message.
