Varanasi, April 16 -- A case of indecent behavior by two young men in a Scorpio near the Hyderabad Gate of Banaras Hindu University (BHU) in Varanasi has come to light.
As soon as the video went viral, police from Chitaipur police station took immediate action and arrested one of the accused men on Wednesday night, while the search for the other is ongoing.
The arrested man has been identified as Deep Narayan Singh, a resident of Sonbhadra. Police have also seized the Scorpio car.
Assistant Police Commissioner Gaurav Kumar said that after a video surfaced on social media, it became known that two young men had molested a young woman.
