Varanasi, Feb. 15 -- Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Saturday offered prayers at the Kashi Vishwanath temple during his one-day visit performing the traditional Shodashopachara Puja in the sanctum sanctorum and prayed for the well-being of the people.

During his visit, the CM greeted devotees on the temple premises and interacted warmly with children, affectionately talking to them and even offering chocolates. In a heartwarming moment, he shook hands with a child who reached out to him. However, due to the massive crowd of devotees, he postponed his planned visit to the Kal Bhairav temple.
