Lucknow, Feb. 16 -- Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday urged all devotees attending Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj to cooperate actively to ensure smooth traffic management as well as maintenance of cleanliness.
