Lucknow, April 17 -- Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday severely criticised opposition parties over their "silence" on recent incidents in Murshidabad in West Bengal following violent protests against the Waqf Act and other communal incidents in Bangladesh.

While speaking at an event titled 'Uttar Pradesh: Towards a Glorious Century' at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan here, the CM said that the Opposition's "lack of response" has completely exposed their double standards.
