Ranchi, Sept. 23 -- Monsoon has regained momentum in Jharkhand, bringing continuous rainfall across the state capital Ranchi and several adjoining areas since Tuesday morning.

The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for September 23, 24, and 25, warning of heavy rainfall accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning.

According to officials, the impact will be significant in Ranchi, East Singhbhum, West Singhbhum, Saraikela-Kharsawan, Simdega, and Gumla, while light to moderate showers are likely in other districts.
