Bengaluru, Oct. 18 -- Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yeddiyurappa will undertake an aerial survey on flood-affected districts in North Karnataka on October 21.

According to the CMO source, Yediyurappa will begin his tour from the most affected Kalaburagi District, Bidar, Raichur and Vijyapura on Wednesday.

He will also hold meetings with Deputy Commissioners to take stock of the situation.

Due to recent heavy rain and floods the entire North Karnataka and Kalyana-Karnataka region suffered a heavy loss to the property and standing crops. This is the third time in this year the flood situation has occurred.
