Bengaluru, Feb. 1 -- Casting the 2026-27 union Budget as a statement of intent rather than a routine fiscal exercise, senior BJP and former Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa portrayed it as a blueprint where growth, welfare and national unity advance together.
