Vijayapura, Sept. 11 -- Suspended BJP MLA Basanagouda Patil Yatnal today launched a blistering attack on his party's leadership in Karnataka, alleging there is no effective opposition in the state due to a "cozy relationship" between senior BJP and Congress leaders.
Speaking to the media, Yatnal accused senior BJP leaders Vijayendra Yediyurappa and R Ashoka of failing to protect Hindu activists, stating that a friendly relationship with the ruling Congress has weakened the party's presence in the state.
