Bengaluru, Nov. 20 -- Amid the escalating political row over an open letter signed by 272 ex-servicemen against Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi over his "vote chori" allegations, the most severe criticism came from former BJP MLA Basanagouda Patil Yatnal, who squarely blamed Gandhi for triggering nationwide turmoil with what he described as an "immature" remark.
Yatnal said a tense national atmosphere had been created due to Gandhi's comments, which he argued lacked substance. "Is there any fact or truth in the allegations you are making?
