New Delhi, Oct. 23 -- The ongoing process of cleaning Yamuna in the national capital is soon going to get a shot in the arm with the procurement and deployment of state-of-the art machinery from abroad, which is going to substantially boost the efficiency of the efforts. Starting from January, 2026 the Irrigation and Flood Control Department will be deploying the Amphibious Classic 4 Watermaster, an advanced dredger machine, initially on the critical stretches of the river.
