Beijing, April 1 -- President Droupadi Murmu and her Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping on Tuesday exchanged congratulatory messages on the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
China and India, Xi said, both ancient civilizations, major developing countries and important members of the "Global South," are both at a critical stage of their respective modernization efforts.
