Shimla, Dec. 10 -- In a major administrative intervention, the Himachal Pradesh government has withdrawn key revenue powers from the Tehsildar Paonta Sahib and vested them directly with the SDM, amid an escalating land dispute involving former WWE Champion Dalip Singh Rana, popularly known as The Great Khali.
