Bhubaneswar, July 14 -- The World Skill Center Academy successfully concluded a two-week Training of Trainers (TOT) programme in pedagogy and assessment for instructors from government Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) across Bihar.
A total of 34 instructors participated in the programme, which focused on modern teaching methodologies, lesson planning, content analysis, rubric-based assessment, and higher-order question framing. The training was conducted under a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the World Skill Center and the Bihar Skill Development Mission.
