Thiruvananthapuram, Aug. 14 -- The Kerala government has ordered an inquiry into how a confidential letter from the World Bank regarding funding for the 'KERA' project was leaked to the media.
In a statement, the Chief Minister's Office said, "The leaking and publication of such highly confidential letters can damage the government's credibility in the eyes of a financial institution. Understanding how such a lapse occurred is essential for the smooth functioning of the government."
