Workshop on conservation of Coastal, Marine Biodiversity of Island Ecosystems held

Chennai, Nov. 14 -- The Zoological Survey of India (ZSI), Andaman and Nicobar Regional Centre, under the union Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC), oganised a three-day workshop on "Conservation and Sustainable Managementof Coastal and Marine Biodiversity of Island Ecosystems" at the ZSI premises in Sri Vijaya Puram.

The workshop was inaugurated by Dr. Dinesh Kannan, Chief Conservator of Forests and Wildlife, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, who delivered the inaugural address.
