Chennai, Aug. 26 -- Managed office space provider Work Easy Space Solutions Private Limited (WorkEZ) today said it will be offering three lakh sq.ft of space in Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu.
The company said that it has signed one lakh sq.ft., in the first phase at Saravanampatti, a hub for information technology, global capability centre and fintech firms.
The first phase will go live in November 2025 with over 90 per cent of the space being pre-committed, including a major deal with PwC (US division).
