Hyderabad, March 6 -- Union Minister for Coal and Mines and Telangana BJP President G Kishan Reddy emphasised the crucial role of women in shaping India's mining sector, stating that their growing participation is driving the nation's progress.
Speaking at the "Women in Mining India" program organised by the Ministry of Coal and Mines, Government of India, in Begumpet on Thursday ahead of International Women's Day, he praised women's contributions across various fields, from security forces to scientific research.
