Hyderabad, Feb. 11 -- Women journalists in India are constantly facing harassment in the form of legal threats, professional isolation and online trolling, retired Osmania University professor Prof Padmaja Shah said on Tuesday.

She was delivering the Prof S Bashiruddin Memorial Lecture on "Impact of Women on Journalism," organised by Dr B R Ambedkar Open University (BRAOU) on its campus as part of the 90th birth anniversary celebrations of Prof S Bashiruddin, former Vice-Chancellor of the university.
