New Delhi, March 12 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Thursday attended the 8th convocation ceremony of Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women and congratulated graduating students, saying women empowered with technical education will play a decisive role in shaping the country's future.
