Pune, April 8 -- Former union Agriculture Minister and Rajya Sabha MP Sharad Pawar said that women possess the ability to excel in any field if given the right opportunities.
He stated that women are in no way inferior to men and have consistently proven their capabilities across sectors such as governance, administration, literature, arts, culture, and even the armed forces-bringing pride to the nation.
He was speaking at the unveiling of the official website for the first Marathi Literary Conference of Women Government Officers, scheduled to be held in Delhi on April 11 and 12.
