Chennai, Jan. 29 -- In a shocking incident, a woman working in the canteenat the Nandanam Government Arts College for Men in Chennai, was sexuallyassaulted by three people, including the canteen owner in the campus last night,triggering outrage among political parties, including the Opposition AIADMKand actor-politician Vijay of TVK.
Police sources on Thursday said, acting on a complaint from the victim, the canteenowner Muthuselvan, who had been running the outlet for the last 12 years by enteringinto a direct contract with the college authorities, and two of his workers Gunasekaranand Karthiekayn were arrested.
