Chandauli, May 11 -- A female patient was shot dead at a private hospital in Chandauli on Monday morning.
According eye witness The attacker entered the hospital around 8:30 a.m. pretending to seek medical attention. He approached the woman lying on the bed and shot her directly in the temple with a pistol.
The murder caused chaos in the hospital. After the incident, the accused fled while firing. Meanwhile, an auto driver ran after him, caught him, and snatched his pistol. The crowd then beat him up and handed him over to the police.
