Firozabad (UP), March 10 -- A 45-year-old woman was killed by unidentified miscreants in her house in Sirsaganj area of Firozabad district here in Uttar Pradesh on Monday, police sources said here.
Police sources said that the incident took place when Kusum Devi, a resident of Sarai Murlidhar village was alone at home as her husband had gone to Kanpur Dehat for some work and two of the three children had gone to work in the fields. "In the afternoon, some unidentified miscreants entered the house and killed her with a sharp weapon," they said.
Police sources said that the incident came to light when the children reached home, saw their mother lying dead in the house and raised an alarm. "Hearing the noise, the neighbours reached the spot...
