Buldhana (Maharashtra), Dec. 25 -- A young woman died following a domestic dispute that left her two small daughters injured in Wadhav village of Lonar taluka on Thursday, police said.
According to preliminary information, Kanchan Amol Sonune (22) had an argument with her husband, Amol over domestic issues. Distressed after the quarrel, she locked herself inside a room.
Police said the woman was later found dead in what appears to be a case of suicide. Before her death, she allegedly attempted to harm her two daughters - Aakanksha (3) and Pranjal (six months).
Hearing the cries of the children, family members and neighbours broke open the door and rushed inside.
