Nalanda, March 7 -- The body of a woman was found in Nalanda district of Bihar with ten nails hammered into her feet, police said here on Thursday.
The incident occurred at Bahadurpur village under the jurisdiction of Chandi Police Station.
The body was spotted by the local villagers who alerted the police authorities.
Chandi Police reached the spot, recovered the body and sent it to Biharsharif Sadar Hospital for post-mortem.
"Investigation is underway to determine how she ended up on the roadside near the Bahadurpur village," said Suman Kumar, SHO of the Chandi Police Station.
