Banda, Aug. 10 -- In a tragic incident in Risoura village a woman and her three children lost their lives after jumping into the Ken Canal. The woman, Reena (30), tied her three children, Himanshu (9), Anshi (5), and Prince (3), with herself using a bedsheet and jumped into the canal late Friday night, according to the police reports. On Saturday afternoon the bodies were recovered after a search operation involving local divers and police. According to officials, Reena's husband, Akhilesh, who had returned recently from working in Surat, had a domestic dispute with her on Friday night.
