Shimla, Sept. 26 -- A woman has accused former Kullu Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Vikas Shukla of sexual exploitation, physical assault, and issuing death threats, alleging police inaction despite repeated complaints.
The complainant, a government employee, alleged she was targeted in 2021 after approaching Shukla over a property dispute. She claimed Shukla called her to his official residence under the pretext of discussing the case, then threatened and coerced her into a physical relationship under false promises of marriage. She also alleged she was forced to undergo two abortions.
