Bahraich, Dec. 22 -- Uttar Pradesh's Bahraich continues to reel under the fear of wild animals as incidents involving a suspected man-eating wolf show no signs of stopping. Despite repeated claims by the government, district administration, and forest department, attacks on young children are continuing unabated.
The latest incident was reported early Monday morning from Rasoolpur village under the Fakharpur police station area. A suspected man-eating wolf allegedly lifted a three-year-old child while he was sleeping beside his mother in the courtyard of their house. The child is untaceable as district authorities have mounted drone surveillance to locate the child.
