Kolkata, April 9 -- For the first time since the announcement of the polls, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday came up with six key guarantees ranging from restoring trust in governance to ensuring accountability, action against corruption, protection of constitutional rights and implementation of the Seventh Pay Commission.

While addressing a Bijoy Sankalpa Sabha in Haldia in East Midnapore district, which has 16 Assembly constituencies, Modi said, "The process of change in West Bengal started when Suvendu Adhikari defeated Mamata Banerjee in Nandigram. In this election, he will defeat Mamata in Bhanbanipur and BJP will defeat TMC in all the other constituencies in the states".
