Bhagalpur, March 17 -- Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Tuesday asserted that with the continued support of the Center, Bihar will emerge as a developed state in the coming years and contribute significantly to the nation's progress.

Addressing a public gathering after inaugurating and laying the foundation stones of 88 development schemes worth Rs 441.32 crore during his Samriddhi Yatra, Kumar said that Bihar is receiving full cooperation from the Centre, resulting in rapid development across sectors.

He highlighted that special financial assistance from the Centre in 2024 has helped complete several key projects, including the establishment of a Makhana Board, airport projects and six-lane roads.
