Srinagar, Dec. 20 -- Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Saturday said winter preparedness across both Kashmir and Jammu divisions is largely on track, but tressed that the true challenge lies in effective execution on the ground.
He also urged officials to use the upcoming weather spell to further strengthen preparedness ahead of harsher winter conditions.
