Bhubaneswar, Jan. 28 -- Reinforcing its skilling-led development strategy, the Odisha Government on Wednesday signed two Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) at Wings India 2026, Asia's largest civil aviation event, being held in Hyderabad. The agreements aim to strengthen aviation training infrastructure in the State.
According to official sources, an MoU signed with Alchemist Aviation will facilitate the establishment of a Flying Training Organisation (FTO) at Dandbose Airport in Mayurbhanj. The proposed facility will have an annual training capacity of nearly 50 pilots, contributing significantly to pilot skill development in the region.
