New Delhi, Feb. 7 -- Alleging manipulation in voters' list of Maharashtra, Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi on Friday said that Congress will be forced to approach the cCourt if the Election Commission does not provide the full list of voters at the earliest.
Addressing a press conference at the Constitution Club of India here along with NCP-SP leader Supriya Sule and Shiv Sena-UBT leader Sanjay Raut, he alleged, "Between the 2019 Vidhan Sabha election and the 2024 Lok Sabha election, 32 lakh voters were added to Maharashtra's electoral rolls over five years. However, between the 2024 Lok Sabha election and the 2024 Vidhan Sabha election, 39 lakh new voters were added in just five months".
