Jhansi, Oct. 22 -- Neelu Rayakwar, wife of Shivkumar Rayakwar, the district president of the Nishad Party in Jhansi, was found dead in her rented accommodation in Friends Colony under the Kotwali police station area today morning. According to the landlord, Neelu had not come out of her room for an unusually long time. When there was no response to repeated knocking, the landlord looked through a window and saw her body hanging from the ceiling. Authorities were immediately informed, and a police team arrived at the scene. The body was brought down and sent for postmortem examination.
