Patna, June 9 -- RJD on Monday asked the Narendra Modi government to make public the Socio Economic Caste Census (SECC) data as soon as possible and wondered why the government was reluctant to release all related data, despite being available as the then Manmohan Singh government had conducted the exercise in 2011.
National Spokesman of RJD Manoj Jha told media persons here that the Manmohan Singh government had conducted Socio Economic Caste Census (SECC) in 2011, but despite having all related data, Narendra Modi was not releasing the same. It was surprising that the Narendra Modi government was so reluctant in releasing the caste census data, he added.
