Chandigarh, Sept. 28 -- Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Punjab on Monday asked Chief Minister Amarinder Singh why Congress-led government in the state did not reacted when Farm Ordinances were first cleared by the Union Cabinet. The AAP in a statement alleged that both Congress and the SAD stood only when farmers came out in open against the farm laws. Had they taken the firm stand then, the Modi government would have definitely come to a 'back foot', the AAP said. The party also alleged that Mr Amarinder as well as Finance Minister Manpreet Singh Badal gave a go ahead to the ordinances in the High Power Committee meetings while the SAD supported the Ordinances.
