New Delhi, Dec. 25 -- The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Thursday questioned the Central Bureau of Investigation's (CBI) delay in approaching the Supreme Court against the bail granted to former BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar in the Unnao rape case, contrasting it with the swift action of central agencies in other matters.

AAP Delhi State President Saurabh Bharadwaj, during a media interaction, highlighted that while the Enforcement Directorate (ED) rushed to the High Court even before a written bail order was issued in Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's recent case, the CBI had not shown similar urgency regarding Sengar's bail.
