Chennai, July 17 -- Despite uncertainty around tariffs, Wheels India today expressed confidence
that its exports would grow this year.
Addressing the shareholders at the 66th Annual General Meeting here, company Chairman S. Ram
said that he expects the exports to grow this year despite the uncertainty around tariffs.
Elaborating on the export initiatives, he said the overseas subsidiaries in the US and Europe will
give further thrust to the business development and customer support in these geographies and is consistent with the Company's commitment to grow its export business.
On the CV segment, Ram said that there has been a shift towards tractor trailers. "There has been
