Patna, May 26 -- Bihar government has decided to continue the procurement of wheat from farmers at the Minimum Support Price (MSP) of Rs 2425 per quintal from farmers till June 15 this year.
Official sources said here that for the Rabi marketing season 2025, the MSP of wheat has been fixed at Rs 2425 per quintal. Procurement of wheat was started on April 1, 2025 which would continue till June 15, 2025, sources added.
" As per provision, farmers can sell wheat to the Primary Agriculture Cooperative Society at Panchayat level and the Marketing board at the block level.
