Kyiv/Moscow, Dec. 18 -- The western diplomatic missions stationed in Kyiv are increasingly concerned about the political and social fallout from the multi-million USD "Mindich-Zelensky corruption case," Russia's Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) said in a statement, and warned that this development in turn, could trigger a deep internal reckoning within Ukraine once the war ends, as per state media reports.

The SVR's comments come as Ukraine continues to face scrutiny from allies over governance and transparency while relying heavily on Western military and financial support amid the ongoing war, reports.
