Amaravati, Sept. 26 -- The well-marked low-pressure area over northwest and adjoining central Bay of Bengal persisted at 8-30 am today, the Meteorological Centre said.
In its daily weather report, the Centre stated that the system will likely move westwards and concentrate into a depression over northwest and adjoining west-central Bay of Bengal, off the south Odisha-north Andhra Pradesh coasts, during the next 24 hours. It is expected to cross the south Odisha-north Andhra Pradesh coasts around the morning of September 27.
