Hyderabad, Sept. 18 -- Miryalaguda MLA Bathula Lakshmareddy and his family members presented a cheque for Rs 2 crore to Chief Minister Revanth Reddy at his residence today.
Recently, the MLA's son Sai Prasanna got married, and Lakshmareddy had initially planned to hold a grand reception in Miryalaguda.
However, he canceled the event and decided to utilize the funds for the welfare of farmers in his constituency instead.
The MLA requested Chief Minister Revanth Reddy to use the Rs 2 crore for the welfare of farmers in Miryalaguda.
