Pune, Jan. 9 -- Minimum Temperatures remained markedly below normal (> -5.1) at isolated places over Odisha, appreciably below normal (-5.0degC to -3.1degC) at isolated places over Gangetic West Bengal, Telangana, east Uttar Pradesh and east Rajasthan on Thursday, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) said.
The minimum temperatures remained below normal (-3.0degC to -1.6degC) at isolated places over Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Bihar, West Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Marathawada, Vidarbha, Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Yanam, Rayalaseema, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal, Saurashtra and Kutch., the IMD's daily weather bulletin said.
