Ranchi, Dec. 15 -- Residents of Jharkhand have experienced slight relief from the severe cold following the weakening of the western disturbance. In the state capital Ranchi, the minimum temperature, which had dipped below 6 degrees Celsius in recent days, has now risen above 10 degrees Celsius.
According to the Meteorological Department, this increase in temperature has provided temporary relief from the biting cold. The change is attributed to the weakening of the western disturbance affecting the region. Not only Ranchi, but almost all districts of Jharkhand have witnessed a similar trend, with both minimum and maximum temperatures rising by around 4 to 5 degrees Celsius.
