Kolkata, March 30 -- West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, setting an ambitious political tone ahead of the elections, said that her party would form the government in the state, and then she vowed to lead a broader national push to "capture Delhi."Addressing a public gathering, Banerjee said that after securing victory in West Bengal, her party would unite people across the country.
