Patna, Jan. 28 -- The newly inducted minister Vijay Kumar Sinha from the BJP fold in the NDA government led by Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said that the new government would establish a positive and healthy atmosphere conducive to the development of the state.

Soon after the oath-taking ceremony, Sinha told newspersons here on Sunday that in the previous government, the atmosphere was not at all conducive. He said the government would carry forward the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the welfare and upliftment of youth, women, and the poor and would also strive for the overall development of farmers.
