Kolkata, March 7 -- Trinamool Congress National General Secretary Abhishek Banerjee said on Friday a movement similar to the one launched against the British should be initiated against the BJP, which was "ruining the country and waging a war against Bengalis".
" Boycott the BJP. If they get 20 MLAs they will urge the Centre to stop our dues. This is BJP. They are like venomous snakes and should be shunned," he said.
Banerjee, who was addressing a protest meeting at Metro channel here in the presence of Trinamuoo Congress chairperson Mamata Banerjee, said never in the past have Bengalis been humiliated so badly.
